Description
This handy little vinyl pouch will keep your vaccine card clean and wrinkle free. A clear pocket holds a 3″ x 4″ card. Patterned vinyl is in the front and a matching solid color vinyl is on the back. A fun colored 3″ ball chain is attached and a small grommet keeps the hole from ripping.
The pouch measures approx. 4″ x 4.75″.
Please note that some vaccine cards may be larger than 3″ x 4″. These will not fit in this holder unless you fold the card, make a smaller copy or trim your original card.
